1. Personal Identification Numbers (PIN)
Up to 9 PIN (4 digit numbers) can be assigned into the filling machine.
The operator must enter his valid PIN before cylinders can be filled.

2. Cylinder Category Numbers
Up to 10 categories of cylinders can be pre-set for ease of operations.

3. Display
The following totals can be displayed in the keypad:
Valid fills only § All fills § Valid fills and all fills by user number § Valid fills and all fills by category number

Filling a cylinder accurately involves :
Taking sufficient measurements to detect and compensate for any real change in filling rate; And simultaneously differentiating the changes caused by sloshing LPG, vibration and other effects.

ELIXIR filling machines are equipped with microprocessors capable of:
Calculations of internal intervals of 6 grams. 25 measurements per second while filling. Auto-learning functions to correct filling errors caused by uncontrolled external influences such as variations of shut-off valve response time. A range of fixed inputs can be pre-programmed to eliminate wrong entries and overfilling. If an operator enters a value smaller and larger than values pre-programmed, an error message will appear on the display. The range of fixed inputs can be categorized and easily changed according to cylinder types and sizes.

When the filling head is correctly connected to the cylinder valve, the Gas Stop Valve is automatically activated to start filling LPG into the cylinder.
If the filling head is not correctly connected with the cylinder valve, the Gas Stop Valve automatically closes within 4 seconds without any gas leakage.
