 Electronic Leak Detectors
|  | The ELIXIR leak detector to performs gas leak safety on LPG cylinders. When engaged with the compact valve of the cylinder, it checks the valve gasket and valve spindle seat.
The leak detector works on the “pressure-rise” principle and measures changes in pressure caused by missing valve gaskets, damaged spindle seats or other irregularities in the compact valve.
A pressure transmitter detects pressure rises and converts them into electrical signals that are monitored by an analyzer. The analyzer gives the user a reading of the leak detection process.
If readings are not within acceptable parameters (which could be set by the user), faulty cylinders are then ejected. | | | |
